You place the order

An automated confirmation lands in your inbox with all the details. Orders received before 2pm SGT (Mon–Fri) enter processing the same day. Friday evening through Sunday orders begin Monday morning.

We inspect and prepare

Every piece goes through WITSCHI timing and water-resistance checks before it's boxed. Processing typically takes up to three working days — sometimes longer during sales or promotions.

Your order ships

You get a second email with tracking as soon as it leaves us. We ship via DHL Express, FedEx, or Singpost Airmail depending on what you chose at checkout.

It arrives at your door

Express deliveries typically arrive within a week — sometimes faster than local post. A signature is required on delivery; whoever signs takes responsibility for the package.

Shipping rates

Courier shipping is subsidised — starts from $9.90. Pricing tiers depend on order value.

Some out-of-boundary locations may incur additional charges — we'll always tell you before dispatch. We reserve the right to swap between DHL and FedEx (or use a courier in place of airmail) for locations we deem unsafe or out of boundary.

In rare cases, delivery can take up to 21 working days. If you need it fast — birthdays, weddings, anniversaries — always choose DHL Express or FedEx. Those are guaranteed. Canada especially: use DHL if you're in a hurry.

Before ordering

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are debited and invoiced the day you place them. Shipment happens the day the merchandise arrives from the maker. Pre-orders are confirmed orders — they can't be refunded.

On arrival

Damage or shortages

If a package arrives damaged, incomplete, or wrong, let us know within 24 hours or the next working day from delivery. We'll sort it out from Singapore.

We can't be held responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or anything else beyond our control.
