All items sold by Gnomon Watches are 100% genuine, authentic, and brand-new with their original serial numbers intact (where applicable).

The Program

Every watch sold on our website is covered for a period of one to five years after purchase. Duration varies by brand — please refer to the warranty period chart below.

Watches with symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or failing to keep proper time are serviced under our warranty program. All watches are covered by warranty and managed directly by Gnomon.

Watches abnormally gaining time, losing time, or failing to keep proper time are serviced under warranty.

Physical damage

Case, bezel, and finishes; Crystal or glass; Bracelet, band, straps, and screws; Crown, stem, clasp, and buckle; Missing parts or stones on the outer portion.

Water & environment

Water or moisture damage; Use exceeding the manufacturer's stated guidelines.

Normal wear & tear

Everyday scratches on crystal; Colour or material change on leather, textile, or rubber straps; Peeling of plating over time.

Misuse & third-party handling

Abnormal or abusive use, knocks, dents, crushing; Modifications, tampering, or attempted repairs by unauthorized parties; Any service performed outside an approved service centre.

Standard 2-year warranty extendable to 3 years with registration

3 years for orders placed on or after 01/09/25. Orders before this date carry 1 year Japan warranty.

Manufacture caliber references carry 5 years international warranty.

Placing an order

Email our servicing team with your order number and a description of the issue.

Order acceptance and cancellation

We assess the issue and send return details within two business days.

Order modifications

Include the original warranty card with our company stamp and any requested documentation.

Billing and payments

We service the watch and ship it back. Import duties on return are the customer's responsibility.

Placing an order

For all repairs performed under warranty, the original warranty card carrying our company stamp must be presented. Without it, we cannot verify coverage.

Order acceptance and cancellation

Where Gnomon offers additional warranty coverage on top of the manufacturer's, that additional coverage stays with the original purchaser and does not carry over on resale.

Order modifications

Duties and taxes charged by your local customs upon return of a repaired watch are the customer's responsibility. We are unable to cover or reimburse these charges.

Billing and payments

Any handling, disassembly, or repair performed by a party other than an approved service centre renders the warranty null and void. This includes any modifications or attempted repairs by unauthorized third parties.
