This return policy applies only to orders placed through our website. All returns must be pre-authorized — please contact info@gnomonwatches.com before shipping your return.

Placing an order

The watch remains your responsibility until it arrives safely at our facility. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect the return.

Order acceptance and cancellation

Any shipping charges paid on your original order will not be refunded as part of the return.

Order modifications

If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of the initial shipment (estimated at USD $40) will be deducted from your final refund.

Preorder and reservation deposits

Gnomon Watches cannot reimburse any customs duties, local taxes, or fees incurred during the initial delivery or return process.

Complimentary merchandise

To qualify for a full refund, the watch must be completely unworn, unaltered, and show no signs of use.

Billing and payments

Do not remove plastic coverings, hang tags, or security tags until you are 100% sure you are keeping the watch. Leather or rubber straps must remain unmarked and in perfect condition.

Accuracy of information

Include all original boxes, tags, and accessories (tools, extra straps) with your return. To protect the watch box from damage, do not use it as the outer shipping box. Wrap securely in bubble wrap.

All returns must be pre-authorized. Unauthorized returns that do not meet these conditions may be sent back to you or subject to a 10% administrative/restocking fee.

Delivery expectations, duties and taxes, and inspection guidelines.

Placing an order

All sale item purchases are final. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on sale pieces.

Order acceptance and cancellation

Items that have been custom-ordered or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Order modifications

Watches must be in their original, unaltered condition. We cannot accept returns if the original wrapping has been removed, the bracelet has been sized, or the watch has been worn.

Billing and payments

When an item arrives back at our warehouse in an unsellable state, Gnomon Watches reserves the right to refuse the refund or deduct 30% from the original purchase price.
