Servicing

(Workshop)

Aftercare that outlasts the sale

Regulation, gasket changes, pressure testing and full services — handled by the same people who sold you the watch.

Ask about a service

(How it works)

Four steps, no surprises

  1. 01

    Tell us what it needs

Send the reference, a photo and a description of the fault. We will tell you whether it is a regulation, a gasket change or a full service.

  2. 02

    Send it in

We provide insured return labels for local customers and instructions for international shipments.

  3. 03

    Approve the quote

You get a written quote before any work starts. Nothing is opened up without your say-so.

  4. 04

    Back on your wrist

Serviced, timed, pressure-tested and returned with a report of what was done.

Every service carries a twelve-month guarantee on the work performed.
