How It Works

From spotting a better price to checkout — here's how the process runs, so you know what to expect.

Find a Better Price

Come across a watch we carry listed at a lower advertised price from an authorized stockist? Note the URL, brand, and model — you'll need these details when submitting your request.

Step 02

Submit Your Request

Fill out our Price Match Promise form with the competitor listing details before you place your order. All requests must be submitted through the form — this ensures we can properly review and respond.

Step 03

Review Process

Our team verifies the listing — checking that it's from an authorized stockist, that the item is in stock, and that the total (including shipping) is genuinely lower than ours.

Step 04

Outcome

Once approved, we'll send you a Price Match Promise code valid for 24 hours. Apply it at checkout to complete your purchase at the matched price.

Eligibility

We match authorized stockists and genuine products that meet the following conditions.

Requested before purchase

The price match must be requested prior to purchase, via the Price Match Promise form. We can't apply matches retroactively after an order is placed.

Same brand and model in stock

The exact same brand and model must be in stock and available for immediate sale by the competitor at the time of request.

Price comparison includes delivery

Comparisons must factor in delivery charges. Some sellers advertise a lower base price but offset it with high shipping costs — the total is what counts.

Verifiable online listing

The lower price must be verifiable online at the time of your request. Verbal offers or offers on business cards cannot be entertained.

Requested before purchase

Once agreed, the Price Match Promise code is valid for 24 hours only. Please use it within that window to complete your purchase.

Same brand and model in stock

Price Match Promise codes cannot be combined with any other codes, promotions, discounts, offers, eVouchers, or coupons — unless otherwise stated. Coupons are not stackable.

Price comparison includes delivery

We do not price match against products sourced from unauthorized distributors, grey market sellers, or parallel importers (for example, eBay, Chrono24, and similar).
